Chris was ready to propose and decided to ask for a little assistance, it paid off....
I recently wanted to propose to my partner.
I had some ideas of my own but truly wanted it to be special.
I emailed Jody and she asked me to ring.
Well I am very pleased that I did, together we hatched a plan for a very romantic weekend and a proposal.
Jody 's ideas added the little touches I was missing.
I am very pleased to say that the whole weekend was a succeess and my partner said yes.
If you are thinking of doing something special I would highly recommend Romantic Gestures services.
To me it made the difference, they really listen to what you want a make it a whole lot easier.
As well as that it makes a great story to tell and lots of people comment on the effort you went to.

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had and to say thank you for making our break away so special. Nola, Maria and the team were wonderful nothing was too much trouble; they really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The cottage and vineyard was beautiful, very peaceful and just what we needed. Your romance package was a wonderful surprise: from the card and chocolates before we left to the really sweet welcome home gift waiting for us upon our return. Unfortunately, we now have to return to work and the real world!!
Thank you again for everything……..we will certainly be using you again and recommending you to all our friends.

My husband and I have just celebrated our 10 year anniversary, and I wanted something special for us and that is when I got Jody from Romantic Gestures involved.
The process was so simple and Jody was very helpful! I contacted her, and the next day I had a lovely package arrive at work with different options for my husband and I. We decided to stay at a cottage on a organic farm and it was just divine! I also organised a wow package and we had all sorts of gifts, so that way we both got lovely surprises on the weekend! We even had a welcome home gift, we just loved those extra touches!
We have another special occasion to celebrate soon and I will defiantly be getting Jody to organise it for us :)
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Romantic Gestures to anyone.

Fantastic romantic and peaceful!!!
The quality was outstanding and well worth the money. I highly recommend this to anyone for a short or lengthy stay. The bath salts set was outstanding and the red wine was a wonderful polishing off to a stunning evening.
The bathroom was beautiful, from the heated floor to constant hot water and tranquillity. The view was like something out of the movies whether it be the sun setting or rising.
Jody good spotting with this place I didn't want to leave!! (and yes we did both fit in the bath hehe)
So a huge huge thank-you.
I will be using your service again but won't wait 3 years though, it will be sooner.

Our day got better and better! Rob had no idea about any of it - he guessed we would be going out for dinner but then when the car arrived to pick us up after the meal he was blown away and I think he thought that was it. When he got home and saw the room he was soooo surprised, as was I! It was beautiful and we both loved what you did. He has been skiting to everyone all day about it.
I love that yesterday we were still finding little things you had left which we hadn't noticed on Saturday night!!
Once again, thanks so much and we will definitely use your services again and highly recommend it to anyone we know wanting to add a little romance to their lives. Tania - Halswell Shiralee and Dave were looking for somewhere special to celebrate their wedding. We got it just right....
F A N T A S T I C ! ! ! ! ! We both really enjoyed our time away and will do it again some time. The food was excellent and the amount was absolutely right. I have never ever in my life experienced anything like it and I enjoyed it so much I didn't really want to get back to reality. The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was bigger than our lounge and all marble. Sitting in the hot tub in the dark with the rain was an altogether different experience and much enjoyed by both of us.
Thankyou sooo much for organising it and for the chocolates that we found on arrival.
Shiralee and Dave In need of some quality time with my husband I contacted Jody at Romantic Gestures and asked her to organise a weekend away for us. The whole process could not have been easier. Jody took care of every detail, all we had to do was arrive at our destination and relax. What a magical spot it was, beautiful accommodation, food and views with fantastic service. Both my husband and I lead very busy lives juggling work and family commitments so it’s reassuring to know a simple phone call to Jody is all that is needed to plan some quality time together. Nic Dale We were looking for something different to give to our staff for their 10 years service milestone, and after one phone call to Jody we had a novel gift box for a night out at the movies complete with all the trimmings. These were also imaginatively and beautifully presented. This was such a good idea, that we have now used the same pack as a Xmas gift for all our valued customers. This has received great feedback and appreciation. We also presented Jody with another challenge as some people were based outside Christchurch, but again her creativity came to the fore and with a couple of replacement articles we had a twist on the same theme. Her attention to detail is excellent and being able to leave a job in her capable hands and not feel you have to follow up at any point is a breath of fresh air.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Jody at Romantic Gestures. Jody’s “can do” and professional attitude, combined with her innovative ideas, make Romantic Gestures a one stop shop for all incentives and gift ideas. Louise Gibson After 26 years of marriage the creative juices for celebrating our anniversary were running low. I needed some inspiration. Along came Jody on her white horse who, found out what we liked doing and how long we had to celebrate. Jody then took care of everything from ringing around to get the best deals on boutique hotels, booking the best restaurant in Akaroa and taking care of all the little things like special chocolates, special little gifts and arranging wine and nibbles in our room. Everything went smoothly and I should be good for another 26 years of marriage.

We approached Jody to help us with a second honeymoon. It was the most romantic experience of our lives.
The detail and thought that went into the holiday was incredible.
