This is a very special venue.  My husband and I arrived to spend one night and loved it so much we stayed for three! 

If you are looking for somewhere private with stunning views of bush and sea you will love this cottage.  A log fire and outdoor bath positioned to capture the setting sun all add to the magic.  Breakfast provisions including fresh bread and freshly laid eggs are provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

There is plenty to do or nothing to do, it's your choice.  I do recommend if you can tear yourself away from the cottage that you head out for a couple of hours to the seal colony and Bay View Cafe for great coffee right by the sea.

This is a two night package as one night just isn't enough, however do contact us if you wish to have information regarding a one night package.

* Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay. I love this spot, it has some wonderful walks and it's not hard to find a private spot to enjoy each other's company.

* Waimakariri River. A great place to relax and people watch.

* Victoria Park. It is well worth exploring this area. There are some beautiful areas with amazing views.
